Bad bad services
Ever since we joined mastercare, they have never been able to repair our appliance. We send the microwave, fidge, tv, etc they never fixed it. We send a TV to them it's been with them since January 2015 and they have never returned the TV. Thy said they are unable to fix it but they never returned the TV.
