Appalling Treatment and Service

To whom it may concern I am an ok furnature customer at your branch in Brich Acrest Mall. I purchased a jvc television on the 27 April 2014 with a warrant y of a year and an extended warranty on it of it of another one year. The television voice box started fading and cutting sound while playing in January 2016 and eventually stopped releasing sound. I brought it in back to the store mid February on the 16th with the comfort that there was an extended warranty on it so I would get receive the needed assistance. The day I brought in the television the technical manager wasn't around but my television was still taken in by one of the consultants but I had to come back the next day to complete all the book in paperwork. From then on there started a spell of bad luck the next day i had to come back on the the 17th between me and the store with bit of a misunderstanding between me and the technical manager Elias Mthembu who booked in my television with false information on the televisions technical problem and refused to change the book in paperwork and update it with the right problem my television had. I asked how was my television going to be fixed if the wrong information on the book in invoice and he said the technicians would check everything, which wasn't fare on my part because that means I would be signing a book in invoice with false information meaning I am agreeing with a lie and my television can come back not fixed because of false information on my paperwork. the store manager finally intervened after being in deserted and left on the desk by the technical manager for my refusal to sign the paperwork and was the one who assisted me and entered the right information on the paperwork and rebooked my television. I was called to come pick up the television on the 18th of March and I arrived the same day to do so. When the television was tested before I took it I observed that the sound was scratchy and that it wasn't playing smoothly with a crystal clear output. With me voicing out to the technical manager that my TV wasn't properly fixed and that I refuse to take it back he blatantly said the television was fine. In that I also found out that my television was sent in twice within the period sine I had booked it in with it not being properly repaired. I made a request that I didn't want the television any longer because it was tampered with twice already and now the third time i refused to go back home with such a unit but to get a refund credit on it so I could add on to the credit and buy a new one. Since my request that day I was made to wait without any communication from the store on a progress update of my request till I had to come in at my will on the 15th of April a month later to find that the technical manager was on leave and the store manager was on sick leave so it was not possible for me to be assisted fully but the consultant Takalane did manage to send on email to make a follow up on my book in and she called me back the same day on the response of the email and she told me that they said that they are waiting for a part to fix my television and I told her that I do not accept that response, what does that say to me if they are waiting for a part that means all this time when they had my television to repair the didn't do their job and didn't fullying complete the repair of my television and just brought it back. I came back again on 26th of April on my own will again with no communication what so ever to find the technical manager and the store manager to be told the same thing that they received communication from the technicians are waiting a parts for the television and so not willing to adhere to my request of a refund, I said I was not to leave the store without speaking to the big bosses in charge so I could get assistance and not seem as if the consultants are fussing about my case for nothing I waited and corresponding email was sent again on my case the regional manager was in the store on the 25th April and was informed again about my issue but told the store manager that he can't do anything she must wait for Mastercare and the store manager later tried to get a hold of the regional manager Nelson Mogale again to tell him about my case and that I was in the store refusing to leave without answers, who couldn't assist much apparently and told the store manager to contact the techical department who took more than an 1 hour and 30 to get back to me, after almost 3 hours sitting in the store I received a call from a man called Sipho Ndlovu from Mastercare who are in charge of repairs of appliances of OK Furniture, who are the one who have the authority to say that they could not repair my television and to tell OK Furniture to give me credit on my television. The man told me that they would not give me credit on my request because they are able to fix it. I asked him if they could fix it why did they failed to do so twice already. I asked him what exactly was done to fix my unit and he said it was fixed on component level which meant they repaired parts that affect the sound on the main board so I asked if that was done the first or second time of my television being booked in but Nldovu failed to answer my question stuttering and trying to derive attention to the question I asked him and moving on to continue with what he was told to say to me it seemed, I told him that I feel he doesn't even know my case and that I want an answer to the question I posed and he put me on hold to go find out, when he came back online he told me that the repair on component level was when my television was booked in the second time so I asked him what was fixed the first time and he said the techicians didn't find any fault on it and I asked him how could no fault be found if I booked it in with the consultant of the store witnessing the television not putting out sound before it was booked in the first time and asked if they where trying to say both of us were lying and he failed to answer me. I asked him if he thought it was fare on me what they are doing and if I am wrong to be unhappy with their negligence. He told me that the third time my telvision was booked in they saw that they must change the main board completely, so that is the part they are waiting for which is taking for ever to arrive. So now this also has proven incompetency on their side for not seeing the problem that I have been quering about. In the conversation with this man I told him I was still not happy plus for me being inconveniencedeveloped like this I wanted to be compensated and wanted to speak to his seniors and he said they were not around but promised-swore that I would be contacted on the 28 April with an answer from his senior Hennie Kruger for the 27 was a public holiday. To my hope I was disappointed and never was contacted back till this day. So now what must I do in this situation where I have been a patient customer so that proceeder could be followed, but it seems my patience and understanding has been taken for granted and I found myself in utter disappointment in the disservice that I have received from the brand in its intirety. The inconvenience of non communication, time, money, response to me as a customer of the trips I have made timelessly to the store and they have failed to deliver to me within the turn around of 21 days which is well over due now sitting for close to 3 months still also paying the dstv on a television I don't have, mind you I paid cash for the television and warranty so I do not owe them anything. So now this also has proven incompetency on their side for not seeing the problem that I have been quering about. OK furniture's Insurance administrator people dealing with my case Anna Shumang, Frans Olivier Nelson Mogale and the Mastercare people Nishelle Milne operations manager, Hennie Kruger, Lazarus Thobejane Sipho Ndlovu eyes on you...
