After bad review promised escalation of job - still nothing!!!

<p>I wrote a review last week about the poor service I received from Mastercare. A lady phoned me last Monday and said my dishwasher's repair will be escalated after my bad review. I have had no feedback since then. I have even sent an email to Mr Bruce Rabie last Monday. He never bothered to reply. I am now without a dishwaser for 3 months, and it has been sitting at Mastercare for the past month. I can not believe that even after they promised me escalation of this, that no one bothered to get back to me.</p>
