MasterCare

<div>Anyone who has a faulty appliance, avoid taking it to MasterCare if you want to avoid paying for nothing.

I took my sons TV to be repaired at MasterCare and this is what happened.

I brought my tv into MasterCare and after paying R280 for an assessment fee,I get told after 3 days that the TV is unrepairable as the motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced.

I took the TV to someone else and they have repaired the TV for R250 without any ******* assessment. The fault was on the power supply and had nothing to do with the motherboard.

Firstly, this shows that their technicians are not properly trained.

Secondly,it is an absolute waste of money.

Thirdly,in a case whereby something is unrepairable,a full refund should be given of the assessment.

Fourthly,it seems that they did not even open the TV to check what was the fault.

Fifthly, they mentioned that is was the fourth customer in one day that their TV’s had the exact fault.

It is absolutely poor behaviour for a company that has been around for more that 45 years.</div>
