3 months repair

My mother has been a client of Mastercare for more than 10 years. We have sent in a microwave and washing machine and still till this day haven't been fixed. Then she sent in her dishwasher and couldn't' be fixed either, so she bought another one which is about 3 years old now. The new dishwasher stared giving problems and once again we asked mastercare to fix it. It has now been 3 months and still haven't been fixed. They have replaced multiple parts and still can't fix it. They are clearly not a repair company! My mother is stuck without a dishwasher and now retired not able to just buy another one. We asked if we can at least have a loan unit for the time being while they wonder how to fix it...but still nothing. They never call and we have to call them to find out when the dishwasher will be fixed. I'm really tired of this bad service and I want a solution! <br> Thanks Hellopeter for your help
