Mastercard Securecode gives worst user experience ever!

I am super unhappy with MasterCard SecureCode service as it has given me the worst user experience ever when using onlne shopping. Visa cards are just so much better to use. I tried multiple times to use my securecode while shopping online and my SecureCode got suspended. What is worse is that one needs the code which was SMS'd to me and took 24 hours to activate in order to change your SecureCode. MasterCard, you clearly have not thought this process through when it comes to user experience which, in a digital age, means everything and you have failed me dismally as a Capitec Client who uses your cards.
