bad service and attitude and theft

Okay so we took my dads car to mastercams and they fixed the car as they said which totalled to about 2000 rand payed and drove the car home. The sound of motor was making was still there. We phoned the next day. To bring the car back to them because it was still making a noise in the motor. Within a week later they called for us to bring the car in.we took it in. A week later my dad called to find out if the car was ready they said they will call him. Another week later they called and said the car is ready.. Off to get the car. I head home to wash the car and noticed my back wheel left side. Tire is practically smooth with fresh deep sc***** on the rim. When I know for a fact that my tires all 4 is brand new. And the codes on the tires matched according to the front and back. We called upon the manager by phone speaking politely. Told him the problem he said with bad attitude that its bull!. So after we took it to another well known mechanic and he heard what the car sounded like and said doesn't seem they worked on the car at all..<br>
