Poor TV repair Service

Leroy from Master Tech has come out and repaired my TV for a LED backlight as there was power however no picture. Once fixed, all looked well well, however that same night we've noticed that the screen is not fit on properly as we could see light from the side of the TV. We've contacted him the same time, sent him a picture and he gave us his word he would be back the very next day which was 25th March 2026. And ever since then... he's been lying and giving me all kinds excuses about why he could not make it. He doesn't even commit to a time, we've been making calls upon calls to him including today, 30.03.2026, he was supposed to be at my place at 15h30. We've paid him R2200 for the job and yet he asked us to tape on our TV so that the screen doesn't fall off. Absolutely Pathetic!
