Absolutely pathetic service and **********

Visited the tempest car rental website and got a hold of an individual by the name of Dean who's says he is contracted to tempest car hire, to my surprise I trusted and hire a vehicle which was delivered to me the vehicle had a crack on the windscreen few bumps on the body and a front bumper hanging out I was really surprised on how the company would represent themselves feeling sorry for the company I decided to give them business paid the refundable deposit upfront and the coast of the rental was promised that the deposit will be returned in 4days or a week its not 3 weeks and no refund the owner Dean refuses to take my calls and puts his employees to talk who blatantly lie for their boss who does not care about clients I have been trying from the 12th till today calling every day begging for my money but no response the vehicle was pick up by the deliverer and agreed that it was in the same **** condition given to me so why hold my money if everything is all good it may because your company is falling apart because of the service you give your clients today I was promised my deposit nothing has come through the lie employee did not keep up to his word this matter is going to turn sour as this company deserves to be closed down I warn everyone not to rent a car or even attempt calling this company as it is a big scarm
