Corrie, who claims he is the owner of Master Paving and his wife they are *******. We visited their shop and We were very impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge on the type and colour paving we need matched as well as his opinion on other contractors who do not perform. We had several quotes. I did some research especially on reviews of the several companies and although Master Paving's quote was not the cheapest they looked like the most professional. What a mistake of trusting them. After being required to pay a 60% deposit one week before they start they never showed up on the day they need to start. At 10h00 I contacted Corrie to find out where they are. The wife who is the receptionist called me and said We returned the delivery truck only to be told it was Corrie who returned the but also that was a lie. Then the story changed that the people were at my complex and left early that morning but he asked leave because there was a 80% chance for rain. I stated that I want my deposit back so that I can find another contractor who can execute the work as the sun was shining. He stated that I was unreasonable and that I should phone his "Office Lady" and then hung up. It has been a month and they keep on changing the goal post. They deliverd the paving bricks that we didn’t want. When we contacted them, they said it was a mistake the bricks were not meant for us.

We have contacted our lawyer, SABS and DTI to recover our money since they bridge their contract and will not rest until the company is closed.
