Master math’s Vanderbijlpark
MASTER MATHS VANDERBIJLPARK
In my experience, I was disappointed with how my account was handled by Master Maths. When I signed up, I understood the agreement to be more flexible, as only a short period of classes was intended.
After attending only two classes, I was charged what I understood to be a full month’s cancellation fee, which I did not expect. I also felt that changes to the terms and costs were not clearly communicated to me at the time.
The account was later handed over, and the amount increased significantly, which added to my frustration.
The learning setup also wasn’t what I personally expected, as it is largely computer-based in a group setting, which may work for some students but wasn’t ideal for me.
I would recommend that others make sure they fully understand all terms, fees, and cancellation policies before signing up to master math’s Vanderbijlpark

At Master Maths Vanderbijlpark, we aim to ensure that all students and parents have a clear understanding of our programme and policies before enrolment.
Prior to enrolling the student, a feedback meeting of approximately 45 minutes was held on 13 February 2026. During this feedback meeting, our learning approach, class structure, and terms and conditions—including our monthly contract and 30-day written notice period—were discussed in detail. This information is also included in the signed contract, as well as the information sheets sent to you via email on 13 February 2026.
Our learning model, which combines computer-based work with tutor support in a structured environment, was clearly explained during the consultation and remains available for review. While this approach has proven effective for many students, we understand that it may not suit every learner.
You were made aware of the total amount payable for March 2026 in the invoice issued on 20 February 2026, followed by a reminder sent on 2 March 2026. Following these communications, we received no indication of any concerns regarding the amount payable.
The standard 30-day notice period applies to all cancellations, as agreed upon in the signed contract. When accounts remain unpaid, they may be handed over in line with our policies, which may result in additional costs.
We take all feedback seriously and will continue to look for ways to ensure our communication remains clear and transparent.
