They provide a price over the phone (R200 call out fee and UPTO R1800) invoice exorbitantly more than that (R3450). It was a small car with no double lock. They (Gerda) takes queries over WhatsApp and then claims she no longer works there and blocks you. When you find them on the internet (https://www.master-locks.co.za/) only her number is given. I was able to find another number and when you WhatsApp it the profile name in MasterLocks and you get a message from Leads Company Locksmith department, they also block you when you query the price. I submitted a query on the website of MasterLocks and a guy called Eugene phoned me and said these people use their name and they are actually OneCall Locksmiths. One Call Locksmiths claims they know nothing. It seems some scheme is going on here and then you cannot contact them when they don't honour there telephonic prices.
