Locksmiths provided terrible service, terrified client

I can't even begin to explain how disgusted I am at their service. I was told that the call out fee was R150 to open my car. Then, after the technician opened my car, he told me I needed to pay R2 800. I honestly thought he was joking. He said that he wasn't allowed to leave my property without proof of payment. I was terrified, I literally did not have that kind of money and being a woman on my own with two strange men outside refusing to leave was a horrible experience. Eventually they accepted R1 000, which completely emptied my bank account. In the end, it wasn't even about the money. It was about the fact that I had been completely on my own and taken advantage of. Please, do not make the same mistake I did!
