Get commission, forget about the client

Master Lock and key subcontract their work. They have a lovely marketing scheme that it only costs R150 for call out. There is absolutely no standard rate when the subcontractor arrives. I was charged R1995 to change the lock of my security gate. It LITERALLY took 2 minutes and upon voicing this concern they simply informed me that it is not their problem. I am at a utter loss for words. I would definitely not recommend them.
