Master of the High Court Pretoria is a disaster

My mom passed on 2 July 2021.My dad has been going up and down to the Pretoria Master of the High Court to get a Letter of Authority to date he has not received any assistance.They always cut Qs whenever they want,they have been telling him that the system is offline ALL THE TIME!!My dad is old,unemployed and still grieving for his wife!what kind of government is this that doesn't care about the needs of the people? People are suffering due their lack of service delivery. People in the Q have also highlighted that some employees ask them to pay a bribe in order to ger assisted. The phone lines don't work!they simply don't care.

I need assistance please this is affecting my dad's health,putting him at high risk of contracting Covid-19 due to always being in the Q and financial stress.

Who is in charge in this place who can really offer us the help that we so desperately need!?
