Cannot even get a quote of of Master Gutters

Master Gutters came recommended by a community forum, but I don't know why. I'm not sure whether they really have so much work to do that they are not interested in pitching up to quote for a job, or whether they are too useless to actually do a quote.... either way, I'm sure other service providers will be more than interested to quote.
