Shower Glass Installation nightmare

12 Plus months of struggling with vendor to satisfactorily seal a shower glass panel. They were eager to quote on the job when requested, saw the intricacies of the panel installation but went ahead and installed. Since day one we have been faced with water leaking through the bottom seal of the panel, discolouring of the plastic bubble seals, and paint discolouration on the wall from the vertical side of the panel. First we are told it is the paint that's the cause of the discolouration, yet the plastic seals are replaced and the task team tells us of many problems with same seals. The panel is re-set away from the painted wall and vertically positioned against the aluminium tile edging. The seals discolour again with water mould, clearly displaying poor quality seals and/or fitting. The floor of the panel leaks away from the shower towards cabinetry. They return a number of occasions, twice re-setting the entire panel, and after that each time they return they keep slopping more silicone down on the problem. The shower continues to leak, the seals continue to display mould and now the fungus starts on the floor of the panel as the water is getting under the sloppy sealant job. Now we are simply told this is our problem because of the design of the shower, and unless we move the cabinetry they do not have any further solution for us. This is cabinetry of almost 2m, dual basins, granite tops etc , and the removal and re-installation is of course at my cost; all because they cannot seal a single glass panel.
