Poor service and products

So we were looking for a company to install some glass back splash in our kitchen. Got hold of this company. On the 2nd of February 2021 a meeting was set up for the next day. Quote accepted and paid in full.

On the 3rd during the meeting we were informed it will take 5-10 days.

Since then, they came to measure and design a template (09/02/2021). Glass was cut on the designed template. Came for test and glass was cut incorrectly, even though a template for which we were charged were made.

We had to wait again. Then it took them weeks to sort out the colour vinyl examples.

Eventually a date was confirmed. Then postponed twice. Today, 12 March 2021 installation took place. Result, one of the panels installed. Even though it came with a scratch! But hey, its, in, never mind the spots, scratches and place where the vinyl was obviously not done properly.
