Bad service and fridge still not working

Good day I contact this company to come and fix my fridge. He gave me the quote of R1800. He fixed the fridge and I needed him to come out again two times there after, this time it seemed to be working fine, however the deepfeeze was just ysing up everything. We cleaned the fridge and to my surprise all my meat I just bought went bad as the fridge did not go cold anymore. I contacted Jay he gave me n big apology and said he wil be back Monday to come and fix it. I am a pensioner and cannot through money in the water this way

All the other people fridges are just fine in this house except this one you fixed I am not at all happy with this and for the amount I payed to fix it and still there is a problem.
