Unresolved claim by Master Electronics Engineers

My name is Mongezi Sibiya, my Nedbank claim number is C***. I logged it on the 23rd December 2022, Digical Assessing appointed Master Electronics Engineers. Dean Naidoo came for assessment for my booster pump and he promised to come back, he never did. I called him and he claimed that the suppliers are closed, I phoned Agrinet in Centurion, they gave me the quote and forwarded to him and there is stock available for Speroni pump. Dean Naidoo is very unprofessional, he lias, he take customers very cheap. I am an in the Electrical Engineering space myself, I made things easy for him to just procure the pump and install. He does not answer my calls.
