Great service all around

OUTsurance used Master Electronic Engineers for my laptop repair. From the first to the last interaction with Demcy it was a pleasure dealing with them. They collected my laptop on Friday 22 December around 5:30pm and I got a call from Demcy on Wednesday the 27th of December with feedback on the laptop.

Unfortunately it could not be repaired but he sent the report to OUTsurance and everything was settled on the Wednesday. In itself this is great service, but considering it was over the Christmas weekend it is AWESOME service!
