Excellent Response and Service from Master Drive

After i had submitted a complaint about the poor service i received from Master Drive, Justine called to apologize and immediately made alternative arrangements for me. Previously i was told that nothing could be done, but Justine went the extra mile and ensured that this issue was handled professionally and quickly.
