processes misunderstood

<p>I wrote a review previously on the bad service I received from the master company. I would hereby like to re write my review as it was done not understanding how their process works. I believe the master company is doing all it can to process my loan that was offered and that they will provide me with an outcome very soon. I apologise for the misunderstanding and hope this wil not effect their reputation.</p>
