Poor services and protocols

<p>I app**** for a condolidation loan and was offered a R10000, however I had to apply for a debt restructure plans first in order to afford my loan installments and make it easier for me. I was reminded to make payment through the month of June and kept asking questions and confirming the debt proposal on offer. I then accepted and paid master loans/master debt an amount of R4000 on Friday 24/06 to get my debt restructure started. On friday and yesterday and today i kept emailing asking for feedback as have heard anything after my payment. I requested documentation to confirm processes are taking place but keep getting a reply my messages have been escalated and documents have been requested but still waiting on reply from other departments. I've yet to receive any solid feedback or outcome from anyone, all they keep saying is my query has been escalated and request for documentation have been sent and after 24 hours from Friday , Monday and today nothings been resolved. Ive even called the place and I was told all managers are in a meeting and not sure how long they will be. I even tried cancelling this service but was told to make a 50 % payment as to cancel. Im disgusted by how these people have used me to get the money then just kept me in the dark about my applications afterwards.I used my last money for which I was suppose to pay my debt, to pay this company for the offer of service they presented to me. Their services are terrible, they give no solid feedback, their protocols just aslo dont make any sense. I want my money back or they need to give me what was offered to me, and I dont want to wait, they need to work smarter.</p>
