Guarantee breach

In March 2012 we paid mastercoatings in the region of R100000 to re paint our house exterior and to fix and seal the roof tiles.<br> The guarantee of 10 years in the wall paint was a big factor in awarding the job.<br> For the last 4 months I have tried to get them to honour this guarantee by coming to fix up areas of the paint that have peeled. The bandaging was app**** last year , but to date I have heard every excuse for poor service you can imagine , and even when committing to a date to come through, I am simply ignored .<br> My threat of legal action is also ignored so this complaint is to be followed up with my attorneys as well for remedy , with costs .<br> Appalling service
