Failure to honour warranty

After a very efficient sales pitch, accreditation in the field and with a freshly painted roof and a 5 year warranty on all paintwork in 2011 we were a satisfied customer.<br> <br> Then 2015 and the roof looked like it had been hit by a sand storm (which we do not have in Centurion). the paint has turned to powder and our roof looks aweful.<br> <br> Leon, owner of MasterCoatings agreed to send a team to fix the problem . My husband and I have taken numerous days leave waiting for the team who never arrives - another confirmed date and still no one arrives (over and over again - always with a new excuse). A year of phone calls, sms', emails, and even a site visit has resulted in this company telling us that they do not have time to deal with us or our complaint, ultimately indicating that they will not be honouring their warranty. <br> <br>
