Purchased a pre- owned Car two months ago

i had purchases a vehicle at the dealership Autohaus _ the Vehicle is less than 4 month old .

We have been leasing with the sales agent JC Van der Westhuizen at Master Cars , from a Reputational risk _ I have brought to his attention that the tyres are not suitable for the vehicle(he said they are run flats_ RFT_ to which they are not)these tyre are screaking including the alignment , there is a Turbo pipe that is faulty _ it is slightly leaking oil on the car that need to be replaced( this was picked up ,when taken for a service _a matter to which the dealership never disclosed)the sales man then reply's there is nothing they can do from there side ,i find this very unprofessional.

When purchasing the car a warranty was taken out _ it seems as though the sales man needed to make commission as this warranty serves no purpose and doesn't cover the cost to the matter at hand _ .

I have received no joy regarding this matter, there are still minor issues on fixture that are still not resolved on the vehicle .
