Don't want to pay my spotter Fees

This dealership has no customer care and are very dishonest. I have referred to customers to them. One purchased a second hand polo TSI late last year where I was promised a spotter fee amount of about R2000. I was asked to send my bank statements and everything for nothing. All my personal details were sent to them for nothing. This year,about two months back I referred another friend to them who bought the latest Polo Vivo where he had to fight with them to put his number plates on,deliver his spare keys and his contract. The friend kept on blaming me for referring him to a useless dealership like them. I emailed my banking details again to them a day after the car was purchased and delivered. Now all I'm hearing is excuses. I want my promised fees as I am not a charity case. We had a verbal agreement now I'm being told I have to wait another 2 weeks because the salesman is going to Zimbabwe. am I not that important. I've been twice underestimated by Master Cars VW Gezina.
