Bad customer service

I recently bought a car from Mastercars in Bedfordview, I was promised that the car would come with a spare key but everytime I call or email I am promised that the key will be delivered to me asap. This has been going on for almost 3months. The last couple of times I called the dealership I was given the run around and I am still waiting for my spare key. Just to think if I am given stories with something as small as getting my spare key when it comes to bigger problems I for see trouble. The people there just do not put customers first.
