A disappointed customer

I app**** for a car at Vw Mastercars in Pretoria and to be honest the service I got was exceptional however after the contract was done and I was supposed to get my car it was a different story. I signed and closed my deal with Mastercars on the 23/04/15 however only got the car on 30/04/15 first I was told the car is getting fixed, then I was told the car went to the valley, I don't understand how can a car take so many days to be fixed and to my surprise after all the wait its still NOT in good condition or the standard I hoped for when I went to Mastercars. On the very same day the light bulb wasn't working and I was travelling (how unsafe), then the brakes r making a squeaky sound and the left tyre has some funny side some funny sound as well, secondly I still do not have access to my Spare keys which is a HIGH RISK for me the previous owner can take this car at anytime and get away with it. this is NOT SAFE FOR ME AS A WOMAN DRIVING A POLO! I am very disappointed by this and doubt I will ever go back there ever again or let alone refer anyone
