Bad service experience

I had a very bad experience, my car had a steering related problem and I can feel it when I drive, I took it there and they returned it with the same problem and yet I had paid before, they said I should pay again cos I brought the car back again for diagnosis, then they said the problem are tirod ends of which I doubt they are.
