Accident Report they never paid

On Wednesday 04 March 2026 my vehicle Toyota Auris x registration CAA 670-576 was hit by Master cargo truck from behind on N7 route direction to Dunoon truck registration CAA 111-219 and the drivers name was Charl Mackay time was about 13:50 pm. The police of Botasig arrived on the scene, did accident report and gave me the AR number AR8/03/2026. Damages made by the driver were shown on the attached files that were forwarded to master cargo via their email address. After that I telephone contacted them and they told me that their insurance company will contact me until then I never received any call or anything from them.
