Unfairly misled and ******

I was unfairly misled by one of the sales consultants by the name of Thabo Donald Mmoledi at Master car Vw at gezina in Pretoria on Tuesday the 1st of June 2021, he **** about everything on the contract, he told me I'm going to get an interest rate of 10.1% on the fixed term and installment was to be R3800 for 72 months but the contract was totally different from what they told me, the interest rate on the contract is 12.8% linked and installment is R4400 for 84 months, I tried to speak to the manager about the whole situation but he said there is nothing he can do about it. the car is Polo tsi 1.0 trendline with 115000 mileage and again they refused to cancel the deal
