Complaint

In May I went to Master Car Vw Gezina I got a Polo TSI , while driving the car I noticed that the tyre's were warned out not in a good condition I then spoke with Ian the Manager he promised that he will get back to me never did,I then approach my sales person who told me that the tyre's were covered by the insurance but it was a **** . Firstly when I got the car the door was not in good condition even the paint job I was not done professionally,I have complained about the sunroof and the tyres but still nothing has been done to fix the car.
