Ace auto poor service

I bought a spare at ace auto on Monday I was promised that the part will be delivered on Friday however am still waiting when I enquired I was told that it will be delivered on Monday,I have already booked my car at the penal beater now I have pay extra money for that, please don't use ace auto they are no professional and very poor service
