Do not buy Makro tv insurance

I bought tv at Makro and was advised to buy insurance and now my tv cannot switch on, Makro advised that tv will be repaired or refunded and so far is a lie. Tv was collected in June and all I get is that they are looking for spares, of which is unacceptable to think ,my kids are home and cannot watch tv.
