Masston Construction, no regard for property/ asset damages as a result of their negligence

Masston construction company is currently working on the same street where I reside. Friday the 1st October the project work was outside my house- driveway. There was some level of negligence as there was a ditch close to my gate, as a result of their ongoing work. On leaving the house, my car fell into the ditch and I was assisted by neighbours to pull the car out of the ditch. I then phoned the Project Manager- Lesley on same day (1st October), he then came on Thursday the 7th October to view the extent of the damages on my car. He advised me to source two quotations as the company would be liable to pay for the damages. I have since sourced the quotations, and mailed Lesley. I have been calling Lesley countless times he has indicated the matter is now with the Directors and to date- 3 weeks later I still sit with a car that is damaged as a result of their negligence and still no feedback!
