Massive saves no delivery

I have put in and paid for an order on 28 May2023.

Today it is 19 July 2023 and my order has still not been delivered.

I did sens a WhatsApp message, to which I got a reply days later that there was a delivery that was found out not to have been made by delivery company. A month later - still no delivery.

Kindly advise on how I can get my money back from this company.
