Terrible service and disappointment

Nothing but utter disappointment.

Myself and a friend paid for the services offered by Massive Impacts driving inniative, everything went well at the beginning, we wrote our K53 Learners and thereafter were promised driving lessons as they had advertised when promoting the service.

There was nothing but silence on there side, all our attempts at contact from our side were made in vain, until Today 17/05/2018, when advising we requested to reverse our funds, we were advised that the individuals we were initially dealing with are suddenly no longer associated with the inniative. We've received nothing but bad service and been given the run around.

This now seems more and more like a ****.
