# Pay Back Our Tickets Money

On 11 December 2015 my husband Byron Phillips took me to the Boys to Men, Joe concert at the CTICC hosted by Massive Concerts as part of my anniversary gift. We arrived well before the concert began however there were ridiculiously long lines to get in as the orginizers were not letting the people in fast enought due to pathetic orginization. Due to this we missed a prtion of the show. Once inside there were no ushers to show us to our seets and no visible seat numbers, This caused an upraw between guests including, includeing a verbaly aggressive argument between another patron and myself due to no service by the orginizer. This ruined my experience and what was meant to be a very romantic evening. I therefore would like a full refund of the R700 per ticket (R1400 in total) and well as compliemantory tickets for a future concert with VIP treatment, as a guesture of goodwill.
