Boyz II Men Concert in Durban - Complaint

Hello Sir<br> <br> I have a complaint and feel cheated at the recent Boyz 2 Men Concert held at Moses Mabhida People Park.<br> The organizers asked the people to come at 2 pm and then brought on the main acts around 8pm, definitely made a lot of people angry because of the 6 hour delay.<br> <br> The most disappointed thing for me, who is a big Boyz II Men fan, is that when I bought my VIP ticket (approx R980) at computicket, the ground plan was VIP tickets right in front of the stage. To my disgust, the VIP area was approximately over 50 meters away from the stage in one corner of the ground.<br> <br> The VIP area only had a small area to see the stage and everyone was cramped in there. Almost everyone I spoke to was complaining and unhappy. <br> <br> Those who had cheaper tickets were right in front and had a better view and they got a chance to interact with the entertainers.<br> <br> No person in their right mind would have bought a VIP ticket at that price if they had known this.<br> The promoters and organizers (Mzansi Magic Events, ECR, 3B, Massive Events, Smartbillion) need to be accountable.The strange thing is that I cannot find the contact details of the promoters on the Internet, especially Massive Events.
