Refusal to refund money but supp**** wrong spare

On 24 February 2016 I did an EFT transaction to the subject company for the supply of a 2001 Peugeot 406ST Left Rear Window, following numerous discussions with the relevant person, Denver Naaidoo, who gave me good service. I asked him to make double and triple sure it was the correct model. This he ensured me was correct, and his proforma invoice included a courier fee, but when the courier arrived I was asked to pay R260 as Denver had not paid them. Denver told me to scan this invoice and he would refund me. Subsequently I found out that the window supp**** was incorrect, and Denver had ordered it through French Auto Parts. We returned the window as per his instruction but they did not have the right spare so they refunded the portion of the money Denver had paid to them but I was informed that the remainder of the money would take 7 working days. After numerous requests this has not happened and my request for a refund is falling on deaf ears. Do not trust Massive Dynamic Auto Parts!
