Absolutely horrible, I have being paying them since June 2023, which they in turn was supposed to pay Nedbank for my home loan

Absolutely horrible, I have being paying them since June 2023, which they in turn was supposed to pay Nedbank for my home loan. Have recently learnt that only 2 payments have been made by them and my home loan has been handed over and I'm faced with loosing my home. Despite emails, calls I cannot get anyone to assist me, I am beyond desperate, all I want is my money refunded to pay Nedbank and get my account out of legal. Can you please assist?
