terrible service from Massi MOtors

This is very disappointing and definitely a lack of business ethics and ability to perform work.

You demand money from me and to not allow me to test my vehicle and now we still have issues, was exactly as to why I said I needed to test the vehicle. so where is your promise that it was working perfectly.

Let me run you through the process:

1: you were given the vehicle to repair the motor by my mechanic who trusted your work. Which obviously was not what he expected. 2: it was returned to me and had a massive oil leak, and let me add no smoke. 3: it went to you to fix the oil leak, it was returned and smoke like a veld fire. Why suddenly did this happen, when it did not smoke originally. 4: it went back to you to fix which I was told was the turbo, why didn’t it smoke when we first got it back? Surely when doing the motor you would have checked this? 5: I was emailed to say collect your vehicle and "please make payment at your earliest convenience" 6: I was not given a quote for the turbo repair or the engine repair, it was just done without my consent. I was in the trust of Brian who gave you the job. I must add no old parts were return to me for the motor repair or turbo 7: I was told the vehicle was ready, no one said pay and then collect, as per point 5, when I got there Massi refused to give the vehicle without paying. I can now see why . the job was not done properly. He been assured by Brian that I was a long standing customer and trust worthy. 8 I wanted it to ensure it was working. 9: I eventually paid with reluctance on the 8th April 2021. and the machanic took the vehicle which had again had an oil leak, therefore again i was correct in wanting to take the vehicle. 10: he has sent it back to fix. 11: once again he received it back and it still had a leak.

We are still now without our vehicle and you have been completely *********** in your repair.
