Mass Staffing Projects false advertising

Every time a see a position on MSP (which coincidentally has no closing date) that fits my requirements, I phone MSP to get more detail and am then told almost immediately that the advert is out of date or that the position has been short listed and is no longer accepting applicants. I have not heard of a company before that closes a listing within a week of advertising a position. What's even more remarkable is that the agent at MSP can provide this detail without me giving them any details about the position.
