Career Blacklisting

Hello Peter. I have reason to believe I am Career blacklisted by Mass Staffing Projects and Hire Resolve. I apply to hundreds of job postings but never get any invite for interviews despite my vast experience that spans different fields of mining. I am experienced in projects, mining, geology. I have an MSc degree in Geology from University of the Freestate, a BTech degree in Geology, partially completed Mining Engineering Diploma from University of Johannesburg, formerly Wits Technikon. I have numerous certificates in Project Management and was a dept project Leader in Geology in two shaft sinking projects, have been exposed to gold and platinum mines over 25 years. Have also done photography as well as graphic design when I ran my sign shop practice. There is a lot that mining companies can get from me, but these two agencies are simply blocking me off I think. I am currently uncredited worthy and blacklisted as a result because I simply don't have money to pay my debts. Many mining companies use these two agencies and there is simply no way to punch through. I know of many guys who had completely bad credit ratings but that did not stop them from getting jobs. Why me?
