I ordered and paid for a Gizzu portable power station on https://www.masssolar.co.za/ on 28 March 2023. A tracking number was provided. The tracking website indicated that the order was delivered by the airline on 2 April 2023. It is now 13 April 2023 and I have not yet received my order. The email address *** bounced an email I sent to follow up and the WhatsApp message I sent to the number provided (+***6) has not been read. Nor was the phone answered when I called. I think this is a **** website.
