Skipping out on payment

This company owes our guesthouse an invoice from March 2023 and the person I was jn contact with is giving me the run around.. funny enough Pauline said they ran into financial problems and would pay the invoice on 2023-05-26 till now nothing has been paid and no feedback provided. they know that they are bull****ting me about financial problems because a week after they checked out from our facility they booked at Formula one in witbank and paid them in full on arrival. sies
