If you are considering doing business with Mass Hire, think again!!

On the 25 June I was side-swiped by one of Mass Hire's drivers. He overtook me and didn't cater for the trailer he was pulling, butchering the front of my car (the bonnet, the side panel, the door panel, radiator etc. etc.).

Now they say the accident was my fault and won’t pay for repairs. But they won’t provide any of the footage they say they have to prove this. They have fired the manager who was overseeing the driver and refuse to talk to me, referring me to their insurance broker who says ‘it’s out of my hands.’

This is clearly a company with no ethics. It’s also clearly a company willing to do any cynical thing they can for money.

Now imagine if this was you renting important and expensive equipment from them!!! Stay away!!

And if you see one of their vehicles on the road, call your lawyer immediately! Oh yes the manager is always busy and in meetings to take my calls!!!
