Ridiculous !!!!

This company is a **** !!! I have placed an order on the 4th of November 2018, still haven't received me parcel. They don't bother to respond to mails. I received a tracking number but to track this parcel is a mission, as it shows : On Route" for more than a month now. I would not recommend them at all, not even to my worst enemies !!!!!!!!!!!!!
